Cheeses Blue: Sauternes, Sherry

Cheeses camembert, Brie: Chardonnay, Champagne

Chicken : Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, Zinfandel, Merlot

First course: Chardonnay, Champagne

Fis: Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio, fruity reds

Lamb : Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot, Zinfandel, Pinot Noir, Chianti, Barolo

Vegetarian: Any of the mentioned

Pairing wine & Appetizers

If the Appetizer is

Sweet and Spicy Dry whites, fruity

Smokey and Tangy: Light to medium reds that are bodied

Sweet & Pungent: Young Light-bodied, fruity, roses whites or reds

Drinks after dinner

Serve port, brandy, or liqueur alongside your coffee after dinner. Port can also be served before the cheese.
